Delicious parcels of Minny Muu...

Can you believe it, another post, and so soon.  It's true.  I just had to share something truly delicious.  Honeysuckle Cottage has a limited supply of Minny Muu fabric packs Lecien.  We have Strips, 10" Squares, and gorgeous Cold and Warm Bundles.

It is so sweet, it is no wonder Melly & Me have used it in their new Block of the Month Once Upon A Time. While I am on the subject, we have started taking names for this new Block of the Month.  I have fallen in love with this block.  It is just wonderful.  I was surprised to see how big the design is.  The finished block is 18" square.  I have definitely added this one to the Wish/To Do list.  I think I have some more work for our resident Executive Stitcher.  I just hope she can part with it when she is finished, LOL.

Thank you to all the ladies who have kindly welcomes Justin.  I will print your comments and read them to him on his next visit.  I am sure he will be thrilled.

Question - What do you do with 300 metres of Bridal Ribbon and the cutest buttons known to have entered our door?  You pack it up for Christmas Club of course.  The tiny buttons used in our Christmas in July pattern form Majella at Kookaburra Cottage took a very long time to arrive.  Please forgive their late arrival.  The were made especially for you, and are a tiny 1/8".   I would love to see pics of the finished projects.  Actually, anybody who is busy stitching Honeysuckle Cottage projects, please email me a pic of your finished projects.  I will link you blog, and who knows how many more friendships will be formed, or how many people you will inspire.

It's about time...

Hello, hello, is anyone still lurking?  I can't believe how quickly time has passed since last I blogged.  Oh my goodness.  I have been really busy getting everything on track. 

So, what has been happening here?   

Meet Justin.  Justin is a local boy who has some difficulties learning.  Justin has been visiting Honeysuckle Cottage every Thursday for most of the year.  Justin, together with his carer, help label and pack your Block of the Months.  He has developed great fine motor skills and really loves being involved here. I thought Justin would get a real kick out of being on the net, so, say hi to Justin everyone.

There are lots of new arrivals to share with you.  New patterns, fabric and Block of the Months too. 

Have you seen these gorgeous patterns? Bronwyn Hayes has once again created something irresistable.  Christmas Baskets and Christmas Hangers both include yummy recipes to fill these gorgeous creations with.
