I love, love, love Australian magazines and all the wonderful quilt designers that live there. I first was introduced to Leanne Beasley's website and immediately bought the Leanne's House BOM. Since then I follow blogs for many Australian designers and they are the best. I love the combination of quilting, applique and stitchery!

ERIN

I would love the magazines. I enjoy making my nieces and nephews and sisters quilt and stitchery items. Once I'm done with a magazine I always pass them on so more people can enjoy them. The Australian magazines are hard to find in our small farm town.

Liene

Hello!
I.ve been chasing this magazine, but it.s sold out. I would be soo happy to get it. I.m prepared to pay a lot to get one.
Please help me.
kind regards
Liene

Just love the stitchery and the art of designing in homespun. But in Belgium I can't find the magazine so maybe you can help me by sending it ?

Carole Meier

Hello, my name is Carole and I'm addicted to Australian designers and other quilty and embroidery things! ;o) Thanks to blogging, I have come to know many designers from Oz! Thanks for doing this!

I just love Aussie magazines! They are full of beautiful projects.Amazing talented people down under for sure. Sure wish those mags were easy to get here in Canada. When I walk into a quilt shop that has one I grab it right away.

Yvonne

I love everything about the Aussie magazines. The designs, stitcheries, colors, articles. They are hands down my all time favorites.
But never mind about Darlene....pick me! :)

Carmen O'Leary

We can buy Homespun in the UK but they are always a few months behind and not available in the newsagents. I love the combination of patchwork and stitchery and the Aussie designers are just the best there are.

Lyn

I have bought the last couple of issues of Homespun, and Vol 9.3 has just arrived in the local shop here where I live in NZ- I love to read the articles just as much as I enjoy trying to decide which projects I would like to make( if only I had more time in the day!) It's a wonderful magazine.

Linda

Well if you're going to pick Darlene, then you need to also Pick Me, Pick Me....lol... What can I say, it's all about home, for me.

Marie

I love the stitcheries in the Australian magazines. I only have a few Homespun magazines, but I used to subscribe to Country Threads and I have made quite a few projects from those.

Hi Kim,

Thankyou for the Rosalie Quinlin patterns, they arrived yesterday. What do I like about Australian quilting magaines? Well, they are filled with beautiful projects that I actually think I could make. Unfortunately thats are far as I get- thinking I could make them. I don't think that I've actally made anything! Lovely to keep dreaming though!

Simone Harding

Hello,
I love the Aussie magazines, the design range is huge. In each issue you can put a name to the design. Wonderful products!

Julia

Hi,
yet, I hadn't had a chance to look inside HOMESPUN magazine - but from what I could see on the front pics, I love it anyway.
I admire the soooo talented Aussi designers, think their creations are sor GORGEOUS.
I would love to get this mag - not only because there is a project of Natalie Lymer included...(I'm just working on one of her freebees...)
Thanks for the opportunity!
Greetings from Germany,
Julia

Homespun is such a great read. It has something for everyone from a pincushion which can be finished very quickly to quilts which just take a little longer.

Robyn

I love the stitchery and the quilts have such a lovely look to them. They blend so beautifully with the stitcheries. They're irresistable. I wish I could afford to subscribe. I think the Aussie mags are way better than American mags. I have often said the Aussie ladies have it hands down when it comes to stitchery over Americans. The stitcheries here just DO NOT compare.

Hanne

What I love about Australian magazines ?
I love the style, the colours, the variety in each magazine, and the fact that the Homespun magazine and Country Threads magazine always has some stitcheries in them :-)

Please include me in the magazine draw :-)

Darlene

OH My - you knew I'd want to enter this - so pick me, pick me, pick me! :-)

((HUGS))

Helen

The projects on the cover of Homespun always look very tempting. The Aussie quilters are so talented and produce such colourful projects. Sadly, we are unable to get Homespun in the Netherlands. When I have enough money :) I might get a subscription (For people living outside australia this is not a cheap option). Would love to receive a copy, so enter me in the draw. If I get picked I'll naturally let you know, through my blog, what I think of the content.

Anita Riley

Kim, could you please contact me regarding my Block of the Month.
Thanks!!

May Britt

I just have a few homespun mag sendt to me by kind bloggerfriends in australia. We can't get them here in norway. One of the mag I got has a lot of stitchery projects what is my favorites. So please count me in the draw :) :)

Covered Porches

I've only seen two copies in America, but what I loved about them is the varying needleworks, not just quilting, not just embroidery, but several different outlets. I also like the bios about the artists... a peak into the lives of talented ladies.
